Andrew Elliott is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He joined the firm in 2020.
Mr. Elliott received his JD from Columbia Law School in 2020. Mr. Elliott has represented clients in the firm’s content, media and entertainment group, as well as within its investigations, compliance and defense group. At Columbia, he served as note editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law, also authoring a student note exploring the intersection of international trade and privacy laws. He also worked as a research assistant for Professor Jane Ginsburg and Professor Philip Bobbitt. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 2015, majoring in political philosophy.
Mr. Elliott maintains an active pro bono practice, with experience representing clients in copyright disputes and First Amendment claims, as well as in post-conviction relief and civil rights claims. Prior to law school, he worked for a lobbying office in Washington, DC, focusing on trade and transportation policies.
