Andrew S. Carlins joined the firm as an associate in 2016. His practice areas include real estate and corporate law.

Mr. Carlins received his dual-degree J.D./M.B.A. from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and Olin Business School in 2016. While in law school, Mr. Carlins contributed as a staff editor on the Washington University Jurisprudence Review. He received his B.A. from Lafayette College in 2011, majoring in Philosophy and Economics.

Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Mr. Carlins gained extensive real estate experience as an associate at Magellan Development. Additionally, he has prior corporate transactional experience working as a legal intern for the Metals Service Center Institute. Lastly, prior to attending law school, Mr. Carlins also worked in corporate litigation as a legal consultant for the Chicago Winter Company.

Mr. Carlins is admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois.
