Allison Douglis is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Ms. Douglis received her JD from Yale Law School in 2018.  There, she served as a Forum and features editor for the Yale Law Journal and editor in chief of the Yale Journal of Law & Technology.  She also represented journalists in federal and state court as part of the Media Freedom & Information Access Clinic, serving as a student co-director of the clinic in her final year of law school. She received the 2018 Nathan Burkan Memorial Corporation Prize for the best paper in the field of copyright law.

Ms. Douglis received her BA in philosophy from Yale University, where she graduated summa cum laude and with distinction in the major, was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and received the Thacher Memorial Prize for extemporaneous debate.

She served as a law clerk for the Honorable Patrick E. Higginbotham of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
