Scogland discuss the impact of the subprime crisis on employee pension funds and its connection to ERISA litigation.  The article explores a wave of ERISA litigation that could result from pension funds having invested significant amounts of money into subprime mortgages as well as hedge funds and mutual funds negatively affected by the subprime downturn.
