A General Practitioner's Guide To Insuring e-Business

The Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee of the ABA Section of Litigation, and ABA-CLE, has published a primer on the potential liabilities of doing business on the Internet and the insurance coverage that may be available, called A General Practitioner's Guide To Insuring e-Business.  The ABA-CLE publication, webcast and original program was arranged by Jenner & Block Partner Lorelie S. Masters, who serves as Policyholder Chair of the ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee.

Firm Partners Jodie L. Kelley, and Bruce Spiva also contributed to the book and 72-minute audio program, which consists of five presentations:
