In a recent International article, Partner Christine Braamskamp and Special Counsel Lucy Blake discuss five ways law firms and other organisations can maximise support for women and boost gender equality and female advancement in the post-COVID workplace.

Ms. Braamskamp is co-chair of Jenner & Block’s Investigations, Compliance and Defense Practice, and co-founder and co-chair of the firm’s Culture Risk and Sensitive Investigations Practice. She counsels multinationals and their Boards, senior executives, and audit/risk committees through their most challenging situations, where reputational, legal, governance, enforcement, and shareholder risks collide.
