Several Jenner & Block lawyers contributed to the latest edition of The Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations, published by Global Investigations Review. The guide is for external and in-house counsel, compliance officers, and accounting practitioners.

Partner Charles D. Riely and Associates Amanda L.  Azarian and Grace C. Signorelli-Cassady co-authored the chapter on “Fines, Disgorgement, Injunctions, Debarment: The US Perspective.” This chapter offers an overview of the potential fines, penalties, and other collateral consequences that corporates and individuals may face in the United States when defending against, or settling, an enforcement action with US authorities.

Partners Robert J. Dalling and Kelly Hagedorn and Associate Matthew Worby co-authored the chapter on the “Europe Overview.” This chapter looks at key priorities of enforcement authorities who focus on anti-bribery, corruption and anti-money laundering and looks ahead to identify the key issues and trends for investigations throughout Europe.
