In the November Insurance Law Update, Partners Jan A. Larson and Gabrielle Sigel, Associate Sara M. Stappert, and Staff Attorney Anna W. Margasinska observe that many companies – in the face of the pandemic – are considering how to protect themselves from a range of risks.
