Greenwald examine common videoconferencing practices and pitfalls that could lead to waivers of attorney-client privilege.  “It is advisable to take steps to decrease the risk of inadvertent or unauthorized disclosure or access to attorney-client communications, however those communications occur,” the authors wrote.
