In this article, Jenner & Block Partners Christine Braamskamp and Peter B. Pope examine the contrasts between English and US law regarding the “right to be forgotten.”  They point out some of the common ground and discuss transcontinental differences.  “There is a shared concern that contact with the criminal justice system can unduly stigmatize,” the authors observe.  “There is a vast difference in what to do about it.”
