Specht offer strategies for drafting enforceable teaming agreements.  The authors explain that teaming agreements among government contractors – in which one party agrees to serve as the prime contractor and the other as the subcontractor -- are becoming more common as contracting opportunities get larger and competition increases.  But the authors observe that such an agreement is “only worthwhile if it is enforceable.”  They offer 10 tips to help contractors avoid common pitfalls and mistakes that have led to litigation.
