Byman examines the legal implications of Facebook users – now estimated at one billion – posting items on the popular social media site.  Bob reviews a variety of cases in which users were “embarrassed,” fired or even jailed as a result of problematic Facebook postings.  Ultimately, he cautions readers: “Don’t post anything to your Facebook account unless your mother has approved it first.”
