Firm Closes Client's $250 Million Acquisition in Under 90 Days

Jenner & Block completed the $250 million acquisition of Advanced Technical Products, Inc., on behalf of General Dynamics.  The 1,400 employees of the formerly publicly-traded company (Nasdaq: ATPX) are now part of General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, giving the unit a strong position on key programs aligned with homeland defense and Defense Department transformation initiatives.

Malik and included attorneys in the Firm's Corporate, Government Contracts, Real Estate, Tax and Environmental, Energy and Natural Resources Law Practices, among others, including Partners E.
