Firm Helps General Dynamics Acquire Command and Control Software Company

Jenner & Block attorneys recently represented General Dynamics in its acquisition of privately held Command System, Inc.  CSI, a company that sells off-the-shelf command and control software in United States and foreign military markets, will become part of General Dynamics C4 Systems, located in Taunton, Massachusetts.

For the transaction, Partner John E. Welch led the Firm's legal team drawn from its Corporate, Tax, Employment, Real Estate, Environmental, Government Contracts and Intellectual Property Practices.  The team included, from the Chicago office, Partners Donald S. Horvath, Arnold S. Harrison, Stanley A. Schlitter and Rebecca L. Raftery, and Associates John F. Cox, Lisa Parker Gates, Jorge M. Leon and Steven M. Siros. Partner Leslie H.
