Jenner & Block represented Performance Venture Capital, L.P., of Greenwich, Connecticut in the final closing of its $650 million venture capital fund of funds.  The Jenner & Block team negotiated over the course of the last year with investors from several countries, a variety of state pension funds and with the administrators of public company pension plans.  The negotiations were complicated by the fact that the fund will be subject to the "plan asset" regulations, which was a first experience for many of the investors.

The Jenner & Block team was led by Partner Teri A. Lindquist, with the assistance of Partners Geoffrey M. Davis, Jill Sugar Factor, Paul F. Jock, II, Tobias L. Knapp, William L. Scogland; Associates Todd K. Johnston and Raymond D. Sinnappan; and summer associate Christopher D. Chambers (University of Michigan Law School, 2007).
