Strict Scrutiny recently highlighted Lindsay Harrison’s US Supreme Court argument in Nken v. Holder. Ms. Harrison argued the case in 2009 as an associate, winning a 7-2 decision in favor of her pro bono client who was seeking asylum in the US.
The podcast highlighted the case as part of a larger feature during which the co-hosts talked about their “favorite women SCOTUS advocates.”
“She is a person of many talents, and some of those talents are on display here,” said co-host Leah Litman about Ms. Harrison’s argument, with co-host Kate Shaw noting Ms. Harrison’s “perfect command of the record” and her “complete mastery.”
