On July 16, the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) announced the 2019 Steering Committee members for its Young Attorneys in Alternative Dispute Resolution (Y-ADR) program. Associate Patricia D. Cruz Trabanino will serve as a member of the committee for a two-year term ending in June of 2021. The Y-ADR program includes lawyers who are under age 46 or those with fewer than eight years of professional experience in international ADR. Throughout their term, members attend events to gain an insider’s look into dispute resolution processes and practices in corporations and multinational organizations and network with in-house counsel and experts in the field.
CPR is an independent nonprofit organization that has helped global businesses prevent and resolve commercial disputes for more than 40 years. Their membership consists of top corporations and law firms, academic and government institutions, and leading mediators and arbitrators around the world.
Ms. Cruz Trabanino is an international dispute resolution lawyer in the firm’s International Arbitration Practice. She focuses her practice on representing sovereign States and State entities.
