General Dynamics to Acquire CSRA for $9.6 Billion

Jenner & Block is representing General Dynamics in its acquisition of CSRA, a publicly traded high-tech IT solutions business.  The transaction is valued at $9.6 billion, including the assumption of $2.8 billion in CSRA debt.  The transaction was announced on February 12, 2018 and is expected to be completed during the first half of 2018.
