Jenner & Block Partners Brent Caslin, Rick Richmond and Nick G. Saros were selected for inclusion in Southern California Super Lawyers in its 2011 guide to the “top 5 percent of attorneys” in the state.  The list recognizes attorneys through a comprehensive, peer-review-based evaluation process, which includes surveying thousands of attorneys and asking them to nominate the best attorneys they had personally observed in action.

Mr. Caslin was recognized for his work in Business Litigation. Mr. Caslin is a partner in the Firm's Litigation Department. He manages commercial and intellectual property disputes from Los Angeles and spends a significant amount of time near technology centers in Northern California, Western Washington, and Japan. Mr. Caslin represents clients in state and federal courts, and before domestic and international arbitration tribunals. He also teaches a technology law course at Pepperdine University School of Law.

Mr. Richmond was recognized for his work in Business Litigation.  Mr. Richmond is the Managing Partner of the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a partner in the Litigation Department. He is also a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation and Class Action Practices and the Real Estate Finance Litigation and Workout Task Force.  His experience includes state and federal court trial and appellate work, local and federal administrative proceedings, and arbitrations before AAA and other panels in venues across the country.

Mr. Saros was recognized for his work in Intellectual Property Litigation. Mr. Saros is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Intellectual Property practice. Mr. Saros’ practice focuses primarily on patent infringement litigation and he also has experience in matters involving trademark, trade dress, copyright and other related complex intellectual property issues. Mr. Saros has been involved in all aspects of patent litigation cases from inception through jury verdict and appeal.
