Firm Updates Protecting Confidential Legal Information Practice Series Handbook

Jenner & Block recently updated a publication in its Practice Series library:Protecting Confidential Legal Information: A Handbook For Analyzing Issues Under The Attorney-Client Privilege And The Work Product Doctrine

This privilege handbook was first published in 1984, and it has consistently been one of the most popular volumes in the firm’s Practice Series.  Partner David M. Greenwald, who has worked on the handbook since 1986, served as editor of the 2015 handbook, with Litigation Associate Michele L. Slachetka as co-editor.  Associates Leah K. Williams, D. Matthew Feldhaus, Benjamin T. Halbig, Laura E.B. Hulce, Alexander J. May, Joshua A. Pasquesi, William L. Von Hoene and Elie T. Zenner also assisted.
