Partner Daniel A. Rozansky is featured in an article that explores how his move to Jenner & Block reflects the pace of change in the entertainment industry. Titled “Out to Entertain,” the article in Commercial Dispute Resolution notes that Dan is widely seen as among the leading U.S. litigators in the entertainment and media industry. Dan, who joined the firm on August 11, observes that it is increasingly important for litigators in the field to be part of the right organization, as such companies face technological transformations that alter the nature of the legal issues they face. “What concerns my clients and general counsel is the ability of their outside counsel to keep up with this relentless change, and the breadth of Jenner’s platform is designed to meet this challenge,” he says. The article also notes that, in addition to Dan’s hire, the firm has been “strengthening its disputes capability in other areas of late, particularly in the government enforcement arena” with the additions of Partners Christian R. Bartholomew, Jeremy M. Creelan and Neil M. Barofsky within the past year.
Dan’s litigation practice is concentrated in the areas of entertainment, privacy, First Amendment and complex business and real estate disputes.
