Jenner & Block Represents RNSolutions in Acquisition by Dovel Technologies

Jenner & Block recently represented RNSolutions, a Maryland-based health technology contractor, in its acquisition by Dovel Technologies. The transaction closed in May.

Founded in 1999, RNSolutions is a small business contractor that provides information technology solutions for the federal government.  RNSolutions’ work includes serving as the prime contractor for the largest enterprise-wide grants management system in the federal government—the Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families Center of Excellence Program. RNSolutions also developed the GrantSolutions program that is used across more than 40 federal partner agencies.

Dovel Technologies is a Virginia-based software application development and information technology solutions company that contracts for several federal government agencies, including the Department of Defense and the Food and Drug Administration. The acquisition of RNSolutions is expected to expand Dovel’s reach in the federal health IT sector.

Jenner & Block’s representation of RNSolutions demonstrates its continued commitment to assisting large and small government contractors as they consider and execute corporate transactions.
