Three Jenner & Block partners have been selected to serve on editorial advisory boards for Law360. As board members, they will provide feedback on Law360’s coverage and insight on how to best shape future coverage. The firm members and their respective boards are as follows:
Kenneth K. Lee: Privacy & Consumer Protection
Ken is a member of the Class Action and Complex Commercial Litigation Practices. He has defended numerous class action cases and has litigated other complex business disputes. In 2014, the Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal named him one of the “Top 20 Lawyers Under 40,” a list of California’s “emerging legal leaders.”
Tobias L. Knapp: Private Equity
Toby is co-chair of the firm’s Private Equity/Investment Funds Practice Group. He represents clients in merger and acquisition, private equity and securities transactions and advises boards, special committees and management teams on matters of corporate governance, fiduciary duties and federal securities law.
Reid J. Schar: White Collar
Reid is a former assistant U.S. attorney and now co-chair of the White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice. Clients turn to him with their most significant white collar matters and investigations as well as complex commercial litigation matters. In 2014, the New Jersey legislative leadership hired Reid as special counsel in its investigation of the decision to close access lanes to the George Washington Bridge and other matters raising concern about the abuse of government power in New Jersey.
