Four Partners Selected for Law360’s Editorial Advisory Boards

Four Jenner & Block partners have been selected to serve on editorial advisory boards for Law360. As board members, they will provide feedback on Law360’s coverage and insight on how to best shape future coverage.  The firm members and their respective boards are as follows:

David A. Churchill - Government Contracts.

Carissa Coze - Media & Entertainment 

Tobias L. Knapp - Private Equity

Reid J. Schar - White Collar

Mr. Churchill is co-chair of the Government Contracts Practice, focusing on disputes involving the award, performance, and termination of federal contract disputes, including beforethe Court of Federal Claims, the agency boards of contract appeals, and the Government Accountability Office.

Ms. Coze, a member of the Content, Media & Entertainment Practice, represents public and privately held companies in a range of corporate and securities transactions including M&A and financing transactions. She focuses on cable television networks, digital media, telecommunications systems and the technologies developed in those industries.

Mr. Knapp is co-chair of the firm’s Private Equity/Investment Funds Practice Group.  He  represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and securities transactions and advises boards, special committees, and management teams on matters of corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and federal securities law.  

Mr. Schar is co-chair of the White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice.  He is a former assistant U.S. attorney who has tried more than 20 criminal cases, many involving complex fraud and financing issues.  He focuses his practice on white collar matters and investigations as well as complex commercial litigation matters.
