Forty-three Jenner & Block attorneys – a record number for the Firm -- have been recognized in the 2012 edition of Chambers USA.

In addition to the record number of partners recognized in the publication, six practices and 10 partners were ranked at “Band 1,” Chambers’ highest level of recommendation, based on its assessment of marketplace commentary and “the volume, complexity and size of work” undertaken.

The Chambers practice areas in which the Firm was ranked “Band 1” are Media & Entertainment (District of Columbia), Environment (Illinois), Insurance: Dispute Resolution (Illinois), Litigation: General Commercial (Illinois), Litigation: White-Collar Crime & Government Investigations (Illinois) and Media & Entertainment: Litigation (Illinois).

The 10 partners recognized in Chambers’ “Band 1” are David A. Churchill, Robert L. Graham, E. Lynn Grayson, Lorelie S. Masters, John H. Mathias Jr., Harry J. Roper, David P. Sanders, Charles B. Sklarsky, Paul M. Smith and Anton R. Valukas.

Noting that Partner Thomas P. Sullivan is “hailed by peers as the ‘dean of the white-collar Bar,’” the directory recognized him as a“Senior Statesman.”
