“Trends from the Courts and the USPTO,” Law Bulletin Seminars' 7th Annual Corporate Intellectual Property Law Conference, Chicago, IL

Jenner & Block Partner Bradford P. Lyerla spoke at Law Bulletin Seminars’ “7th Annual Corporate Intellectual Property Law Conference,” on February 8, 2012 at the University Club of Chicago.  Mr. Lyerla moderated a panel discussion titled “Trends from the Courts and the USPTO.”  Also on the panel, which was part of the program’s first General Session, was the Honorable James Holderman, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  Partner Reginald J. Hill also spoke at the seminar, as a participant on a panel discussion titled “The Impact of the America Invents Act.” 

Mr. Lyerla is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Patent Litigation and Counseling Practice and a member of the Antitrust Litigation, and Trade Secret and Restrictive Covenant Litigation and Counseling Practice Groups.  Mr. Hill is a member of the Firm’s Trademark, Advertising and Unfair Competition and Patent Litigation and Counseling Practices, as well as a member of the Firm’s Management Committee.
