Jenner & Block Chairman Jerold S. Solovy and Partners Philip L. Harris and Michael T. Brody will serve as faculty at an American Law Institute – American Bar Association (ALI-ABA) course of study entitled, “Trial Evidence in the Federal Courts: Problems and Solutions,” to be held October 20-21 at the Sofitel Water Tower Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.  The program will address current  issues in trial evidence, including expert witness rules, demonstrative evidence, attorney-client privilege and work product, electronic evidence, and practical problems in litigation ethics, among other things.
