Jenner & Block Associate Benjamin J. Bradford will moderate an IP legal roundtable on the “Strategic Implications of the Patent Reform Act of 2011,” on December 1 from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. at the Chicago offices of Navigant, at 30 S. Wacker Dr.  The informal discussion, focusing on the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (AIA) that was signed into law by President Obama on September 16, 2011, is jointly sponsored by Navigant and the American Bar Association Section of Litigation.

Benjamin J. Bradford is a litigation associate concentrating in intellectual property/technology litigation with a focus on computer and internet technologies.  He has significant experience litigating and counseling patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright issues.  In 2011, Mr. Bradford was recognized by Illinois Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in Intellectual Property Litigation.
