Jenner & Block Partners Donald B. Verrilli, Jr. and Carla J. Rozycki will speak at the Association of Corporate Counsel and Pepperdine University School of Law’s 6th Annual Technology Law Conference held June 24 at the law school in Malibu, California.  

Mr. Verrilli, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Appellate and Supreme Court Practice and Chair of the Firm’s Telecommunications Practice, will serve as a panelist at the keynote luncheon program discussion of the U.S. Supreme Court case Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. v. Grokster, Ltd., and Streamcast Networks, Inc.  Mr. Verrilli argued the case on behalf of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. on March 29.  

Ms. Rozycki, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice, will serve as a panelist at a session entitled, “The ADA, the Intra- and Inter-nets and Technology: Accessibility for Disabled Employees and Consumers.”  The panel will be sponsored by Jenner & Block.
