The panel will address such topics as: who should conduct the assessment; how to design the scope; what to use as a benchmark; whether and how to preserve attorney-client privilege; whether and how to assure employee confidentiality; what resources are required internally and externally; and what to do when it’s all over.

Also, on September 23, Mr. Weissmann and Greg Andres, Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Division, U.S. Department of Justice, will present the keynote address in a question-answer format.
