Jenner & Block Partner Brent Caslin spoke at the 27th Annual International Law Symposium held on April 16 in Irvine, California. The Symposium was sponsored by the Center for International and Comparative Law, Whittier Law School and the International Law Section of the State Bar of California. Mr. Caslin presented with Professor Virginia Greiman from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Caslin and Ms. Greiman addressed the perceived benefits of arbitration over litigation in international disputes in the Pacific Rim.

Mr. Caslin is a partner in the Firm's Litigation Department.  He manages commercial and intellectual property disputes from Los Angeles and spends a significant amount of time near technology centers in Northern California, Western Washington, and Japan.
