Partner David M. Greenwald will Co-Chair the American Conference Institute's National Advanced Forum on Professional Liability Insurance in New York, NY, March 24 - 25, 2010.  The program will cover advanced strategies for successfully assessing, renewing and defending against the influx of E&O claims in a volatile economic climate.  Mr. Greenwald will also participate as a panelist in a session titled "Maneuvering Your Way Through Common Privilege Traps."  

Mr. Greenwald is a partner in Jenner & Block’s Chicago office.  He is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Reinsurance Practice, and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department and Insurance Litigation and Counseling, and Domestic and International Arbitration, and Bankruptcy Practices.  Mr. Greenwald is the Editor of the Firm's Attorney-Client Privilege Update online resource center, which provides regular reports on this legal issue.
