Jenner & Block Of Counsel Stephen H. Armstrong will speak at a National Brownfield Association event titled, “Building Sustainable Communities: Tools for Redeveloping Your Town,” taking place on June 9 at The Centre in Elgin, IL. Mr. Armstrong will participate as a panelist in this program. The panel will address questions such as:  Who's funding redevelopment in a down economy with rising unemployment and state budget cuts; how do communities along the Fox River build sustainable communities that attract entrepreneurs and creative talent that can rebuild towns with a sense of place where people want to live, work, shop and play?
