Jenner & Block Partner Brent Caslin spoke at the Inter-Pacific Bar Association’s 20th annual meeting held on April 22- April 24, 2011 in Kyoto, Japan. Mr. Caslin participated in a panel discussion titled “Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, Technology and Communications,” which explored developments in private dispute resolution mechanisms in areas of intellectual property and other emerging fields.

Brent Caslin is a partner in the Firm's Litigation Department.  He manages commercial and intellectual property disputes in the Western United States and around the Pacific Rim.  Mr. Caslin’s practice is before state and federal courts as well as domestic and international arbitration tribunals.  He has extensive experience with applications for preliminary relief, including temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunction applications, and writs of mandamus.  He has handled matters in many sectors, for technology, entertainment, engineering, gaming, and manufacturing companies.
