“By The Numbers: What’s the Bottom Line Impact of the Failure to Develop and Retain Women Leaders - The Business Case for Retention,” The Hildebrandt Institute's 3rd Annual Forum for Law Firm Management: Best Practices for Developing and Retaining Women Leaders in the Legal Profession, New York, NY

Jenner & Block Partner Susan J. Kohlmann will speak at the Hildebrandt Institute’s 3rd Annual Forum for Law Firm Management entitled “Best Practices for Developing and Retaining Women Leaders in the Legal Profession,” to be held June 12 at The Yale Club of New York City in New York.

Ms. Kohlmann will serve as a panelist at a session entitled, “By The Numbers: What’s the Bottom Line Impact of the Failure to Develop and Retain Women Leaders - The Business Case for Retention” which will address the groundbreaking report produced by the Women’s Bar Association of Washington, DC and other studies that  analyze the factors affecting retention of women in law firms.

Ms. Kohlmann serves as Co-Chair of the New York City Bar’s Committee to Enhance Diversity which publishes the New York City Bar Association Law Firm Diversity Benchmarking Report .
