On August 5, Special Counsel Nathaniel E. Castellano will join the American Bar Association’s 2022 Public Contract Law Annual Meeting for a panel discussion on the Contract Disputes Act (CDA). The discussion will follow a Jeopardy! format and explore the jurisdictional and procedural complexities of CDA claims.

Mr. Castellano advises clients on all aspects of doing business with and litigating against the federal government. He has successfully advised companies through a wide range of government contracting disputes across diverse fora, including traditional CDA claims litigation before the boards of contract appeals, litigation and settlement of non-CDA breach of contract claims before the Court of Federal Claims, alternative dispute resolution relating to software licensing and copyright infringement claims, and litigation of disputes relating to federal research programs in district court.
