Jenner & Block Partners David Bitkower, Christine BraamskampCharles D. Riely, and Keisha N. Stanford will host a cross-border panel with Lexology that will focus on trends and compliance for anti-corruption enforcement. Panelists will further discuss and analyze important anti-corruption cases, the Biden Administration’s approach to anti-corruption enforcement andbest practices for compliance officers and in-house counsel.

The program will be held on December 2, 2021, at 4:00 pm (UTC).

Mr. Bitkower is a co-chair of Jenner & Block’s Investigations, Compliance and Defense and Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice. He has led prominent white-collar cases, leading clients to turn to him for their most significant and complex matters.

Ms. Braamskamp is co-chair of Jenner & Block’s Investigations, Compliance and Defense Practice, and co-founder and co-chair of the firm’s Culture Risk and Sensitive Investigations Practice. Ms. Braamskamp counsels multinationals and their boards, senior executives, and audit/risk committees through their most challenging situations, where reputational, legal, governance, enforcement, and shareholder risks collide.

Mr. Riely is a partner in Jenner & Block’s Investigations, Compliance and Defense Practice.  As a lawyer at the US Securities and Exchange Commission for more than a decade, he worked extensively with criminal authorities in parallel investigations and developed deep experience in all aspects of the federal securities laws.

Ms. Stanford is a partner in Jenner & Block’s Washington, DC office. She is a member of both the Investigations, Compliance and Defense Practice and Government Controversies and Public Policy Litigation Practice. Ms. Stanford represents and advises public and private multinational corporations and individuals in the areas of compliance, white collar criminal defense matters, government enforcement matters and internal investigations.
