On September 30, Partner Gail H. Morse will participate in a discussion during the American Bar Association’s 2021 Forum on Air & Space Law. Panelists will discuss recent federal, judicial, and executive developments impacting LGBTQ communities, starting with the US Supreme Court’s 2020 decision in Bostock v. Clayton County. The panel will explore judicial application of Bostock in workplace situations and pending federal legislation in the Equality Act that would codify the decision. The discussion will also include the perspective of federal agency implementation of the Biden administration’s executive order on preventing and combatting discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation and the potential impact on the airline industry.
The panel discussion will be held from 3:30 to 4:15 pm CT. To learn more and register, please click here.
