“Righting Wrongs: Truth and Healing for Indigenous Communities through Law and Policy,” American Constitution Society

Jenner & Block Partner Ambassador Keith M. Harper will lend his insight on California’s Truth and Healing Council and address policy priorities for the Biden-Harris administration with respect to Indigenous communities. The discussion is sponsored by the American Constitution Society Los Angeles, Austin, Madison, and Washington, DC Lawyer Chapters, the Mexican American Bar Association, and the UCLA Law Native American Law Student Association.

Ambassador Harper is chair of the firm’s Native American Law Practice and a permanent representative to the UN Human Rights Council. He is a former commissioner of the President's Commission on White House Fellowships; chair for Native American policy on the 2008 Obama for America presidential campaign; and a member of the ACS Board of Directors.
