Jenner & Block Partner Benjamin J. Bradford spoke at a webinar sponsored by the Patents Committee of IPLAC. Mr. Bradford and other panelists discussed machine learning, artificial intelligence, and how to protect and enforce IP rights therein. The virtual program was held on December 8, 2020.

Mr. Bradford is a litigation partner concentrating on intellectual property/technology litigation with a focus on computer and internet technologies. He has significant experience litigating and counseling patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright issues.
