“Protecting the Vote: Election Security and Voting Rights in 2020,” American Constitution Society DC Chapter

On October 7, Partner Sam Hirsch joins a virtual panel that will discuss voting rights, election administration, and cybersecurity challenges in the 2020 election as part of a conversation that focuses on ways to protect the vote this fall. Associate Adrienne Lee Benson, who serves on the ACS DC Board of Directors, will moderate the conversation.

Co-panelists include Kemba Walden, who is senior counsel in Microsoft’s Digital Security Unit and a former attorney advisor for cybersecurity for the Department of Homeland Security, and Genevieve Nadeau, counsel for Protect Democracy and the former chief of the Civil Rights Division for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.

The program runs from 1 pm to 2 pm ET. More information on the panel discussion, including how to register, is available on the ACS website.
