“Representing Clients in Congressional Investigations 2020,” DC Bar

On September 8, Jenner & Block Partner Emily M. Loeb will co-present a CLE webinar hosted by the DC Bar. Those who attend will learn about recent Court decisions, the way congressional staffers conduct these investigations, and the options in responding to inquiries. Titled “Representing Clients in Congressional Investigations 2020,” the webinar will offer two credit hours and take place at 1:00 pm ET.

Ms. Loeb is co-chair of Jenner & Block’s Government Controversies and Public Policy Litigation Practice and a partner in the Investigations, Compliance, and Defense Practice.
