On May 5, 2020, Partner Elizabeth A. Edmondson spoke on “Supplier Contract Disputes in the Age of COVID-19” at the annual meeting of the Retail Litigation Center.  Her talk addressed the contractual provisions and common-law doctrines that retailers and their suppliers may invoke in response to supply chain disruptions caused by the current pandemic.
