“The Blurred Future of Investment Arbitration,” International Arbitration Dialogues – New York, Hogan Lovells

On February 27, Jenner & Block Partner Mélida Hodgson will join a panel that will focus on the state and future of investor-state arbitration.  Topics will include the status of current reform initiatives, UNCITRAL Working Group III discussions on the establishment of an advisory centre on ISDS, and a code of conduct for decision-makers.  The panel starts at 2 pm Eastern at Hogan Lovells New York, 390 Madison Avenue.

Ms. Hodgson is head of the firm’s New York International Arbitration Practice and also sits as arbitrator.
