“Lessons Learnt from the US – M&A Disputes,” 2020 Lex Mundi Cross-Border Transactions Practice Group Global Meeting and Client Seminar

On January 24, Jenner & Block Partner Martin C. Glass will moderate a discussion at the 2020 Lex Mundi Cross-Border Transactions Practice Group Global Meeting and Client Seminar in London.  Mr. Glass’ panel will focus on recent US case law that has informed M&A and, in particular, practical implications for transactional lawyers negotiating transactions.  Panelists will also address how recent decisions have affected jurisprudence and practice outside of the United States.  Held in London, the seminar will bring together Lex Mundi lawyers, M&A professionals and senior in-house practitioners from around the world.

Mr. Glass is co-chair of the firm’s Cross-Border Transactions Practice.  He counsels US and foreign companies in a wide array of transactional matters and has focused on complex M&A and securities transactions for more than 20 years.
