Jenner & Block Partners Elizabeth A. Edmondson, Edward L. Prokop and Michael W. Ross will participate in a panel discussion that will focus on drafting commercial contracts in a way that minimizes the risk of expensive disputes.  They will be joined on the panel by Eve Bolkin (vice president, deputy general counsel at Capgemini North America) and Jordan Toumey Razza (director of litigation and antitrust at Diageo North America, Inc.).  Panelists will address ambiguities created by choice of law clauses, termination provisions, indemnification obligations and limitations on consequential or indirect damages.  The CLE program will be held on December 5, 2019, at Jenner & Block’s New York office, 919 Third Avenue.

Ms. Edmondson is a partner in the firm’s International Arbitration and Complex Commercial Litigation Practices.  Her practice focuses on counseling clients in complex contractual disputes.

Mr. Prokop is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department.  He advises clients in a variety of domestic and cross-border public and private transactions, both on the buy-side and sell-side.

Mr. Ross is a partner in the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Securities Litigation Practices.  He represents corporate clients in complex disputes, investigations and regulatory challenges.
