“Conspiracy Theories: How Antitrust Affects Your Day-to-Day,” 8th Annual Hotel and Lodging Legal Summit, Georgetown University Law Center

On October 25, Jenner & Block Partner Lindsay C. Harrison will moderate a panel discussion at the Georgetown University Law Center’s 8th Annual Hotel and Lodging Legal Summit.  Titled “Conspiracy Theories:  How Antitrust Affects Your Day-to-Day,” the panel will explore how antitrust law affects the hotel industry, good business practices and sharing too much information with competitors, significant antitrust litigation affecting the industry today and the role that third-party aggregators (e.g. SR) play in lawfully educating hotels about their competition.

Ms. Harrison is a co-leader of the firm’s Hospitality and Gaming Practice.  She has substantial experience litigating matters involving the hospitality industry, successfully representing hotel management companies in major lawsuits and arbitrations.
