On April 11, Jenner & Block Partner Howard S. Suskin will present in a roundtable discussion titled “Model Errors:  Newly Re-Discovered by Regulators and the Plaintiffs’ Bar as the Achilles Heel of ERM Programs.”  He will speak on topics such as how model errors have become a focus of investigations, enforcement actions and litigation by securities regulators and the plaintiffs’ bar.

Mr. Suskin will also be a panelist on the topic of “Preparing for Shareholder and Other Litigation,” which will focus on books and records demands on corporations and derivative litigation against corporate directors and officers.  The event will take place at the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

Mr. Suskin is co-chair of the firm’s Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice and the Class Action Practice.
