On February 20, Jenner & Block Partner Richard Levin will discuss recent decisions of interest to the lending community on a CLE webcast sponsored by the Loan Syndications and Trading Association. Mr. Levin is co-chair of Jenner & Block’s Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department. An author of the 1978 US Bankruptcy Code, he is recognized internationally as one of the foremost restructuring, bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights lawyers handling complex bankruptcy transaction, litigation and special situation matters.
