Jenner & Block Partner Gregory H. Petkoff, Special Counsel Noah B. Bleicher and Associate Carla J. Weiss will present a webinar that explores recent recommendations to Congress for the government contract bid protest framework.  The webinar will focus on recommendations from a congressionally mandated advisory panel that identifies ways to improve the US government’s defense acquisition system.  The webinar will provide an overview of the panel’s recommendations as they relate to bid protests, as well as the impact, both positive and negative, the recommendations may have on government contractors.  Sponsored by Federal Publications Seminars, the event will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019.  Please click here to learn more and register for the webinar.
